    When you purchase an item online through our website you will receive a confirmation email as well as an email for when your items are ready for pickup. The ‘Ready for Pickup’ email will include an address and time range for you to pick up your items.

  • All of our items are sourced from southern Ontario through various means such as; demolition/renovation sites, estate sales, auctions and private sellers.

  • Yes, we do buy items. Our focus is on antique and vintage architectural and unique items. We also buy from estate sales as well as demolition/renovation projects. We do offer removal services for architectural or larger items.

    Vintage items are between 20 and 99 years old.

    Modern items are newer than 20 years old.

    Updated Items may be antique or vintage but have had newer parts added to the structure. (This does not include wiring and hardware)
